Our service to you is completely free we simply take a small commission from the venue but don’t worry this doesn’t mean that the venue will inflate their rates we work with the venues to help them fill their event space during low occupancy times.

The power of the system enables us to ask your delegates all the necessary questions ahead of the event – attendance days, accommodation requirements, workshop preferences etc – keeping the organisation seamless and efficient. What’s more, these questions can be customised to your requirements which guarantees that you’ll always capture all the relevant information.
To make things easy, we can take secure online payments via Stripe, taking the hassle out of separate transaction charges. Your company branding and logo can feature on the front page so that this area has exactly the right look and feel.
